Export Policy

The provided Services and Software may be subject to export control and sanctions restrictions of the United States, the European Union, Canada or other jurisdictions. By using the Services or downloading any Software, you warrant that you (1) are not located or ordinarily resident in any country/region, or allowing access to the Services or Software by or exporting the Services or Software to any person or place that the United States, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction has embargoed prohibited, or restricted; (2) are not otherwise subject to export or sanctions restrictions and are eligible to utilize the Services and Software under applicable law; and (3) will not use the Services or Software in connection with any end-use prohibited by applicable law. You agree to abide by U.S. and other applicable export control and sanctions laws and not to export, reexport, or transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any content or Software subject to restrictions under such laws to a destination, person, or end-use prohibited by such laws, without first obtaining, and then complying with, any requisite government authorization. You further agree not to upload to Services any content, data or software that cannot be exported, reexported, or transferred without prior written government authorization, including, but not limited to, certain types of encryption software.
